Anna Tasselli Kocher

My name is Anna Tasselli Kocher. I was born and raised in Florence, Italy. Love brought me here in 1988. My family still lives in Italy and I visit them as often as I can. I put down roots in
Guelph a long time ago and it is here that I am raising my family.

My passion for Tarot started about 30 years ago. At first I read something on my own and experimented with playing cards. I took my first Tarot course in Florence in 1987.

I continued to read for myself, family and friends on and off. In the late 90’s I discovered Numerology. I cannot say enough good things about it. At about the same time my interest for Tarot deepened greatly. Since then I have read many books on the subject. I have experimented with different decks. I also became a member of the Canadian Tarot Network. CTN  helped me greatly with my studies providing me with mentors , teachers, access to kindred spirits and links to the Tarot community.

My journey with Reiki started in 2007. I was attending a Tarot expo when the advertising material of one of the readers, a Reiki enthusiast, grabbed my attention. A month or so later I went for my first Reiki treatment. I loved it and I decided to learn it.

As I was searching for a teacher, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Guelph was blessed with many. I took my first degree in March 2007, my second degree two months later, and my Advanced Reiki Training in March 2008. I started my practicum in the Spring of 2007 and I became a registered practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association in March 2008.  As a member I agree with their ethics and follow their guidelines which you can view on www.reiki.ca

On January 13 2013 I became a Reiki Master.

When I am not working, I spend time with family and friends. I run the Guelph Tarot Group on Meet Up. I play with my cat and my dog. I garden and I read…a lot.

I read Tarot books, all sorts of esoteric materials and fiction. I love Lee Child and James Patterson, just to name a few.
