It often happens that a client will contact me to book another reading and I will not remember who he/she is.
Should that happen with you, please don’t be offended.
I am not great with names, but I rarely forget a face.
I Understand that the client may feel disappointed. A reading is a very intimate process. We meet as strangers and say good bye feeling like old friends. That connection is real.
What happened today is a perfect example.
A client had contacted me through my custom form to book a Tarot reading. She told me she had seen me twice before. Her last reading was about a year ago. I thought long and hard, but I could not put a face to the name.
When she arrived this morning, she looked familiar to me. Within the first five minutes of talking ,the gist of her last reading came back to me. We went on to have a very lovely and meaningful reading.
I may not remember your name, but I will recognize your face and your energy. I am very grateful for repeat clients. It builds my confidence as a reader.
Also, it is nice to know how the story progressed. Most of the times people go to a Tarot reader when they are in turmoil, or when they are facing important decisions. As a reader I do my best to bring clarity to the situation, along with peace of mind and confidence to the client. My intention is always to help my clients find objectivity, trust their own intuition and make the most with the situation at hand.
Since I believe the future is fluid, I do wonder what happened. Did the events unfold as I said? Did the client recognize the energy, but in a different form? Was the reading helpful in navigating through a difficult time?
In closing, don’t worry if I don’t recognize your name at first. I will be happy to see you again, and to pick up right from where we left off.
Again, thank you for your business and even more, for your trust.
